He was always available for phone calls and very flexible with showing times. Due to no fault of our own, we encountered a high stress situation and Afshin stayed calm and reassuring during the whole process.     Working with Aaron Soffer is a great example of why you need a real-estate agent that is responsive and takes you seriously especially in the current market and my price range which is highly competitive. From the get-go he showed me multiple listings, something so far an agent had not done for me. When I did find the home I wanted, he was on top of things. When I ran into unforseen problems with my lender, he was again on top of things and instrumental in helping smooth out the process with a new lender and the sellers.     Afshin is a reliable real estate agent. He dose not only help us getting a house we like, he also helps us to get a loan and a good assessor to assess the property, so the lender would give us the loan without paying out of the pocket to cover the difference when the property is under assessment. Importantly, he looks from client's perspectives and affordability, unlike other real estate agents I met, who just wanted to close the deal as soon as possible. In short, He is a professional and a great guy.

    We had a wonderful house buying experience with Berri Estate Agents! We met Dennis and Gogo back in 2017 when we first began looking for a home in San Francisco. We felt like they really listened to what we were looking for in a property, and were able to offer lots of advice and insights on neighborhoods that might be a good fit for us and our budget. After quite a few months of house hunting, we had to take a break due to some family commitments. They were never pushy and picked things back up when we came back nearly 3 years later to resume our search. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions! They were both very patient and helpful.     While we were house hunting, there were somethings we already knew and some others we had no idea about. Afshin helped us getting clarity with the unknowns. No matter the cost, he gave us genuine advice on all properties we saw. When we really like a property that we see on Redfin, he does his part and gets us a viewing as early as possible. I remember we liked a property and wanted to offer the same day it got listed. We got to know that the seller wanted to wait 3-4 days. However, the next night we got a call from their agent saying that we have been asked to put in our best. Afshin worked with us deciding on the price to go in at and we finally sent our first offer at 1am. (Yes! That's how late he working with us for.) There eventually was a bidding war and we were all given counteroffers. Behind the scenes, he had constantly been putting in good word for us to the seller's agent. That helped us as we got the offer despite having contingencies. From our entire experience, we can say for certain that Afshin is a man of his words and great work ethics.
